Caring for older adults has been my life’s work and passion for almost more than 30 years. Throughout my nursing career, I have dedicated myself to providing compassionate, high-quality care while building environments where residents feel respected, valued, and truly at home.​

I proudly served as Director of Nursing at several highly respected healthcare organizations where I helped maintain a 5-star quality rating while overseeing all aspects of nursing operations. I have also owned and operated a successful assisted living home, providing personalized care in a warm, family-centered environment.

My approach to senior care combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion. I believe every resident deserves dignity, independence, safety, and meaningful relationships. Families can feel confident knowing their loved ones are cared for by a team led by decades of nursing leadership, critical thinking, and hands-on experience.

In addition to my nursing career, I have extensive business and management experience as the owner and operator of a successful local business for more than 25 years. This background has strengthened my commitment to exceptional service, accountability, and creating welcoming environments where people thrive.​
